What you can charge to your account

Students that have a scholarship that pays for their course materials and has been set up with the SCU Campus Store can charge to their Student Account  Examples are VA VRE, Student Athletes, etc. Note: The SCU Campus Store is not able to access students' Financial Aid accounts.  We are able to accept Flex Dollars in-store.  Items not eligible to be charged will be automatically removed from your order.


Steps to Charge to Your Student Account

  1. Go to scu.studentstore.com
  2. Log in or create an account using your Santa Clara University email
  3. Add your textbooks and required supplies to your cart
  4. At checkout, toggle the button to the right to select “Charge to Student Account”
    • If you skip this step, your credit card will be charged instead

Renting Textbooks?

  • You’ll need to place a credit card on file
  • Your card will be charged $1 to confirm it's valid
  • The balance is charged to your student account, not your card
  • Your card will only be charged if textbooks are not returned on time
